How far is the beach from Quinta Margarida?
We are located right on Candolim Beach. It is a literal 1-minute walk from your room to the sand.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need early arrival or a late departure, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have secure parking space within our gated compound for our guests.
The Living Space
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all our rooms are fitted with ACs to keep you cool. They also feature refrigerators, kettles, and tea/coffee sachets.
Can we cook in the rooms?
Absolutely. Each room features a fully equipped kitchen with either an induction cooktop or gas. We also provide a water purifier in every kitchen, so you have access to safe drinking water without needing single-use plastic bottles.
Is there high-speed internet?
Yes, free high-speed WiFi is included in your room charges, making it easy to stay connected (if you choose to!).
Pets & Nature
How "Pet-Friendly" are you?
Extremely! We welcome all pets. We are a family of animal lovers with our own resident dogs, cats, and horses. For your peace of mind, we even have an in-house veterinarian available. We just ask that your pets are well-behaved around our resident animals.
What wildlife might I see on the farm?
We encourage natural biodiversity. You will likely see our horses and cats roaming. If you are lucky and quiet, you might even spot our local family of wild peacocks.
Can we pick the fruit or flowers?
We ask that guests enjoy the beauty of our farm with their eyes and cameras only. Please do not pluck the flowers or vegetables, as we try to keep the ecosystem in its most natural form.
The Neighborhood
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, when you step out of our quiet compound, you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. The famous Calamari Shack is right on the beach, and local favorites like Fisherman’s Hut, Mickeys, and Salt by the Bay are all within easy walking distance.
How do we get around to other beaches?
Sinquerim and Calangute are about 10 minutes away by vehicle (or a lovely long walk along the beach). Anjuna is about 30 minutes away by road. We can help you arrange a taxi or suggest scooter rentals if you’d like to explore.
